1. Refund Policy for Services

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided for completed consultations, programs, or appointments. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the time, expertise, and personalized care we offer to every client.

However, we understand that circumstances may arise. Refunds or partial credits may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Unused Services: If you have prepaid for a package or program and decide not to proceed, you may request a refund for any unused portion, less an administrative fee of [insert fee or percentage].

  • Exceptional Circumstances: If an appointment or service cannot be completed due to an error on our part, please contact us to discuss a resolution.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule an appointment at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of $50.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

3. Dissatisfaction with Services

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please reach out to us at team@healthyhealingfm.com within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include additional support or adjustments to your plan.
